Choti Sardarni: Amandeep Sidhu and Salman Shaikh to play the new lead with a new story

Colors' tv popular show Choti Sardarni leads Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia and Mahir Pandhi have decided to leave the show.

Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia had to leave Choti Sardarni last year in March owing to her health issues.

Nimrit has been advised by her doctors to take a break from work.

The makers of the show are planning and are in a process of casting a new lead couple for the show.

Along with Nimrit, Mahir Pandhi who had joined the show as the new male lead after the leap will also exit the show.

Now we have learned that the makers have approached Amandeep Sidhu and Salman Shaikh to play the new lead couple.

As per the reports of Etimes, a source associated with the show informed, “While Amandeep is almost finalized, talks with Salman have reached an advanced stage. The two are likely to be confirmed soon. Once everything has fallen into place, the new lead couple will commence the shoot for the show in a week’s time.”

As per the reports, Amandeep and Salman will play new characters and won’t replace the current lead couple.

Their characters will be introduced at the beginning of April.
