The nearly 100-meter-tall twin towers- Apex and Ceyane- were demolished at 2.30 pm on Sunday as per a Supreme Court order that found their construction within Emerald Court premises in violation of norms.
Kundali Bhagya's actor Manit Joura aka Rishabh Luthra made a shocking revelation about the twin towers in Noida.
Manit Joura had owned two flats in the twin towers.
Actress Shraddha Arya shared a video on social media in which the former was seen revealing owning two flats and the difficult time he had to face.
He shared that he is glad 70 percent of the amount that was invested by him was returned by the government.
He said, “I got much less, not even 70 percent, it was much less than the market value but I am happy that whatever we invested a major chunk of it came back. It was a difficult time. I am happy that the Supreme Court actually took a stand," said Manit.
When Shraddha asked him if he watched the demolition on Television, he said, "I didn’t watch it, but somebody sent me the video. We have a chat group about the twin towers."
Shraddha also asked him about the issue behind the demolition, Manit answered, "The distance between both the towers was 12 meters. It was supposed to be 20 meters. Also, the land belonged to other blocks and the builders did not take permission before constructing the twin towers. It was made without permission."
