The real drama is going to start now with Lavanya's press conference bringing a big shock for both Chirag (Akshit Sukhija) and Deepika (Aditi Tripathi) in Star Plus prime time Hindi TV serial Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua (DKTPH) upcoming episode.

Lavanya is not ready to sit in peace and thus she announces a grand press conference to launch her company's new fairness cream which will make a dark skinned girl fair within a month. While the family joins the press conference, what comes more shocking is when Lavanya presents Deepika as her model.
