In the upcoming episode of Star Plus serial Anupama we will witness an interesting drama in the lives of Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) Prem (Shivam Khajuria) Aadhya/Rahee (Alisha Parveen) Mahi (Spreha Chatterjee) Ishani (Ishita Modi) Ansh (Varun Kasturia).
It was earlier seen that Anupama learns the fact that Prem and Mahi likes each other and hence Mahi wants to marry Prem. But Mahi has not confirmed the same with Prem. She is assuming that Prem too loves her being unaware of the reality that Prem likes Rahee and wants to marry her. Prem has also confessed his love for Rahee and is waiting for answer from her side.
On the other hand Anupama gets to witness Prem and Mahi's closeness and she decides to take this relation further. Anupama gets hint of Prem and Rahee's story but she dismiss the matter as Mahi spoke to her first. Now Anupama wants to know about Prem's family where reluctant Prem states that he is an orphan and does not have any family. Rahee feels all the more connected with Prem.
Further we get to see a girl meet with deadly accident when Anupama happens to save her. Shockingly there is a photo of Prem in this girls vallet which leaves Anupama surprised and Prem is also shocked witnessing this girl return in his life. There is some secret linked to Prem with this girl in his life from the past. Anupama decides to unfold the mystery of Prem's mysterious past.
