Reason behind Diya agreeing to marry Ratan is when Diya was young similar to Ratan’s age, a wild horse was going to attack her leading towards Diya death.

Thanks to Daata Hukum Maan Singh, Diya got saved on time but that wild horse stamped on Daata Hukum Maan Singh’s hand due to which his hand is become numb.

To repay the kindness, Diya will be seen turning Ratan’s Pehredaar cum wife to protect Ratan for life time.
