Kundali Bhagya: Preeta’s (Shraddha Arya) love message for both Karan (Dheeraj Dhooper) and Rishabh (Manit Joura)

In ZeeTV’s popular show KumKum Bhagya spin-off Kundali Bhagya viewers will get to witness interesting twist as Preeta's love message reaches to both Karan-Rishabh, Preeta in dilemma.

As per the track it’s seen that Preeta goes to Luthra house to get her job as Dadi’s physiotherapist.

However, Karan and Dadi both insults Preeta and send her out in spite of Rishabh liking Preeta.

Preeta witnesses kids selling heart shape red balloons and think to buy them to fill their stomach.

Surprisingly, the balloons fly off and reach to both Karan and Rishabh.

Preeta goes to take the balloon and gets shocked to see Karan Luthra.
