The upcoming episode of Zee TV's popular daily soap Ishq Subhan Allah is gearing up for some interesting twist.
Zara and Kabir are stuck in heavy rains and Zara is feeling too cold, Kabir gives away his jacket to Zara.
Zara and Kabir seems to come closer and everything is sorted but not so easily as Kabir will faint.
Kabir falls ill and Zara is shocked and worried, Zara rushes Kabir to hospital where doctor tells that Kabir is suffering from double pneumonia.
Zara is worried for Kabir while Ahmad family comes to see Kabir and Zeenat accuses Zara for Kabir's such state.
Zeenat puts all blame over Zara and Zara is worried for Kabir and just wishes to see him fine.
