In the upcoming episode of ZEE TV popular show Kundali Bhagya loyal viewers will get to witness interesting twist as Karan (Dheeraj Dhooper) plans big surprise for Preeta (Shraddha Arya) followed by love confession.
It seems Karan and Preeta both of them realise each other’s importance in their life.
