In the upcoming twist of Star Plus popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai loyal viewers will get to witness Samarth (Samir Onkar) Gayu’s (Deblina Chatterjee) re-entry on show to spice up Kartik (Mohsin Khan) Naira's (Shivangi Joshi) life.

It was earlier seen that Kartik makes huge sacrifice and refuses to marry Naira breaking her heart.

After this Naksh and Keerthi apologizes to Kartik and asks him to marry Naira on same date and time.
