The long lost love couple Kartik and Naira finally unites in the daily soap opera of Star Plus, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.
Kartik and Naira share the emotional moment of love with each other that soon Kairav arrives in.
Kartik gets a major shock on knowing Kairav's illness that he strives to get the best treatment for him.
