The upcoming episode of Star Plus serial Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke will showcase interesting twist.
It seems Kuhu meets with an accident as heavy tree falls on her leg.
Mishti calls Abeer for help but he feels Mishti and Kuhu are once again faking a drama and refuses to believe them.
Mishti thus gathers all courage and lifts the tree all by herself.
In the interim Mishti hurts her stomach badly where she gets internal injuries.
Mishti side line her injury but goes ahead to save Kuhu and takes her to hospital.
In the future episode Abeer will learn that Mishti can never get pregnant due to her internal injuries and gets shocked.
Due all the chaos Mishti has to pay big price and turn infertile.
