It was earlier seen that Preeta learns about her pregnancy and Luthra family celebrates it.
Preeta has appointment with her doctor where she learns that her pregnancy news is false and also reveals that she has fertility issues.
Preeta is shocked to know this and is heartbroken.

Luthra family head to Lonavala to attend Sonakshi’s wedding where she also comes to know about Karan and Preeta.
