Rishi and Laxmi both are severely injured in the crocodile attack and are hospitalized.

Further ahead, Rishi manages to meet an unconscious Laxmi when he gets to know how worried she was as her sindoor was washed off.

Thus, Rishi fills sindoor in Laxmi's hairline evoking an emotional moment for Rishi.
