It was earlier seen that Sayi was unconscious for a long time where Virat only prayed for her survival.

However Virat loses hopes of meeting Sayi ever again decides to leave her forever for her happiness.

Firstly Virat ties Sayi's hair with a lot of love and affection which leaves Sayi surprised with his gesture of love.

Adding more love to the same Virat makes Sayi drink coconut water where Sayi knows Virat also did not have anything till she recovered.

Hence Sayi asks Virat to drink the same water where the duo shares the same coconut water with the same straw.
