Star Plus's show Anupama is about to showcase a shocking twist with Anuj's deadly fight.

Anuj and Anupama fall into a major troble on their way to Ahemdabad.

Anupama rushes to the hospital and prays for Anuj's recovery.

Anuj suffers from brain injury while Anupama will get blamed for it.
