The upcoming track of Star Plus popular and longest running serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase interesting twist and turn.

It was earlier seen that Abhimanyu washes away Akshara's mehendi and goes away stating that he has some important surgery.

When Abhimanyu is in hospital there suddenly he falls head over heels with a jerk where his head shakes completely and he starts feeling dizzy.

Abhimanyu wonders the reason for the sudden jerk where on the other side Akshara meets with a deadly accident.

Akshara is struggling to breathe where Abhimanyu is unaware of Aksahra's state.

Mahima fills sense in Abhimanyu to operate Akshara

But when he learns the shocking truth he shatters to see Akshara in a critical state.

Abhimanyu cries seeing Akshara where Mahima asks him to operate on her if he loves her and wants to bring her back to life.
