Anupama breaks down learning Malvika's pain and realizes how Malvika used to hide her pain behind her smile.
Anupama learns the entire story as Anuj blames himself for Malvika's condition.
Anupama asks Malvika to vent out her anger and pain in the pillow and say all those things she could not say earlier.
Malvika vents out her frustration and anger which leaves Anupama, Anuj and Vanraj devastated.
Anuj feels guilty and wishes to die for putting Malvika in such a condition.
Later, Anupama worries as Anuj goes missing from the house and she informs Malvika about it.
However, this is a surprise planned by the duo for Malvika.
