The upcoming track of Star Plus popular serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase interesting twist and turn.

It was earlier seen that Aarohi is much upset with Abhimanyu and Akshara's reunion where she curses Akshara for ruining her life.

Aarohi gets mad at Akshara where she disown her and starts running away from temple.

In the interim Aarohi slips and starts rolling down the steps when Akshara too runs and jumps to save Aarohi.

Akshara jumps hard ahead where she blocks Aarohi from getting hurt on her head while Akshara gets severely injured on her back but she manages to save Aarohi.

Abhimanyu runs to carry Akshara in his arms when she collapse

Abhimanyu runs to see the girls with the family members.

Later Akshara collapse when Abhimanyu carries her in his arms and he treats her like a doctor.
