The upcoming track of ZEE TV popular serial KumKum Bhagya will showcase interesting twist and turn.

It seems Prachi has hurt Ranbir and his feelings a lot where Ranbir had only three dreams in his life.

Prachi helped Ranbir to fulfil his two dreams and when it came to his third dream to have a baby with Prachi

Prachi refused to ever have a baby with Ranbir and does not want to love him.
