It was earlier seen that Anuj is much restless and not comfortable in Anupama's house.

Anupama wears Anuj's face mask and his coat and she starts dancing on Akshiyon Se Goli Mare.

This was the first dance where Anuj and Anupama met for the first time in the reunion and break the records.

Anuj gets happy and recalls the moment of their togetherness and he too starts dancing.

It seems Vanraj witness them being very happy together and hence he is perplexed thinking about how Anuj can be so happy despite losing everything.
