Zee tv popular show Kundali Bhagya is about to showcase some interesting twists in the upcoming track of the show.
As seen so far, Karan and Preeta get into a heated argument about ruining Mahesh's birthday.
Preeta tries to explain her circumstances to him but Karan gets into a fight.
In the upcoming track, the Luthra family has a meal together while sitting at the dining table.
As Preeta gulps a bite of the food from her plate she screams and fakes it that something is happening to her.
Preeta then holds her head while all family gets shocked trying to figure out what happened to her.
Preeta stands up and says that she is feeling dizzy and she faints on the floor.
Karan gets worried and he tries to wake her up and here Preeta makes her move to expose Prithvi.
Prithvi gets worried about Preeta's plans and worries about getting exposed.
