Swaran Ghar: Nakul's accident twist Swaran-Kawal rush to the hospital

Colors' tv popular show Swaran Ghar is about to showcase some interesting twists in the upcoming track of the show.

As seen so far, Swaran does arrangements to wish Nakul on his birthday but he was not at all happy with his parent's surprise.

Later, Swaran leaves for a kitty party with her friends and she celebrates Nakul's birthday with her friends.

Meanwhile, Nakul enjoys his birthday with his girlfriend and friends but they leave the party after getting a call.

On his way, he meets with an accident and there Swaran starts getting hiccups.
