Ramachandra is a Halwai. Janaki has just completed her graduation but she gets married to him because Yug has to leave to US.

Jnanamba never wanted an educated daughter in law as she is scared that she will humiliate Rama.

Yug lies about her education to Jnanamba and gets them married.

Janaki faces all the struggles and continues her education with the help of Rama.

Jnanamba coness to know about her education through Mallika and feels betrayed by Rama and Janaki.

Janaki proves herself worthy. She promises Jnanamba that she will never think about education ever again.

But Ramachandra is not happy with her decision and forces Janaki to continue her education without Jnanamba's knowledge.

Janaki agrees. Mallika comes to know about her education and decides to expose her in front of Jnanamba.

Jnanamba feels Betrayed

In Vennela's engagement, Mallika tells the truth about how they kept Jnanamba in dark by hiding about Vennela's Love Story.

She then tells her about Janaki's education.

Jnanamba feels betrayed and asks janaki whether she is saying the truth.

Janaki nods. Jnanamba gets furious and breaks her ties with Janaki and Rama.
