Swaran has three Sons who are useless and never respect their Parents as they gets old just like how it happens in reality. 

Kulwanjeet Swaran's husband was always worried for their Sons because of their behavior. He was mostly worried for Swaran so he gives her responsibility to Ajit. 

Just after the death of Kulwant, Vikram humiliates Swaran which makes Ajit furious and he slaps him. Swaran ousts three of her Sons out of her House. 

Vikram challenges Swaran

Vikram closes all thr ways of Finance for Swaran because of which she decides to start a Ladies Hostel. 

Vikram challenges her to bring three tenants in three days and if she fails to do so he will return to the House with his Brothers. 

Swaran accepts the challenge and tries all the ways to get three tenants. Mickey and Lawyer's assistant help her but she fails to bring the three tenants. Vikram wins the challenge against her.
