It was earlier seen that Aarohi is much upset with Abhimanyu and Akshara's married life.
Akshara and Abhimanyu return to hospital where they get warm welcome by entire staff.
Staff gifts roses to both Abhi and Akshu and congratulates them.
Aarohi gets much upset where she has tears in her eyes.
