As per the latest media reports in Times Of India, Sai USA has filed a lawsuit against Kapil Sharma for his alleged ‘breach of contract’ during the 2015 tour of North America. As per reports, he was supposed to perform in six different cities. However, he apparently failed to perform in one of them and had promised to make up for it. However, reports reveal that he had been unresponsive ever since it got over. The actor is at present in Canada and is slated to perform in New York in the second week of July.
