As seen so far, Sayi returns home in anger and finds out that Bhavani has taken Patralekha for a checkup.

The doctor questions Patralekha about being sure of her pregnancy.

Patralekha assures her that she has done a pregnancy test and that came positive to which the doctor tells that sometimes these kinds of implants fail due to the bodily conditions of the woman.

Later, Bhavani asks the doctor about Patralekha's health when she is about to reveal the truth.

But before the doctor could say anything a masked gunman comes into the doctor's room and shoots her point-blank in the head.

OMG! Was it Patralekha's conspiracy to kill the doctor?
