As per the current episode, After getting forced to shut mouth in front of the Shah's by Rakhi and Paritosh, Anupama breaks out a scream.
Anupama is no more able to control herself for not speaking the truth.
Her heart is continuously pestering her to speak about all the things, this all has now turned into a pain for her.
A pain which she can't speak about, A pain that is not bearable, a pain that can harm someone else as well.
All the conversations she had with Rakhi and Paritosh are revolving around her mind.
She is continuously thinking what will happen when one day Kinjal gets to know the truth.
While vowing to Kinjal, Paritosh says that he would be a better father, a better husband and would never cheat Kinjal.
