The upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will show that Karthik is upset because Naira did not confess her love to him.

Karthik decides to go away from Naira so he sends all things of Naira that he collected since long times.

Naira still believes Karthik as her friend but she is sad over his decision leaving job and checks the box which Karthik sent for her.

Naira finds a ring with a note and she gets shocked reading as Karthik loves her and wants to marry her.

Naira then realizes that her wired feeling for Karthik is no one other than her love for him.
