Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Saavi not feeling well.
It seems that Saavi will not be feeling well and keeps coughing a lot.
Sai being a doctor will not want to take any chances with her daughter and will hence get few tests done.
The results of the test will leave her shocked as she will come to know that Saavi is suffering from a chronic disease.
This will leave her shocked as her daughter needs immediate surgery and she doesn’t have enough money.
Soon Sai will make a huge decision and goes to Virat for help.
Sai will not think about her respect or ego as she is only concerned about her daughter’s health.
