Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Abhimanyu having hidden issues.
It seems that Abhimanyu has been taking anxiety pills after Akshara left him but has not spoken about it to his family.
He was not able to sleep at night and hence needed those medications to keep him sane.
He will go to the doctor and talks about stopping his medication as he is happy and content.
However the doctor will not ask Abhimanyu to stop his medication as he still has signs of anxiety.
Manjiri will overhear this conversation and will get depressed.
Manjiri will feel that Abhimanyu loves Akshara a lot and cannot stay without her but Akshara is not so much attached to Abhimanyu.
Will Abhimanyu be able to stop his medications or not?
