Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Abhimanyu Akshara struggle to keep their marriage safe.

It seems that after lots of ups and down Abhimanyu and Akshara will finally come together and give their marriage a second chance.

Abhimanyu will be seen very excited as his hospital staff has organised a small party to celebrate his success of becoming the new medical Director of Birla hospital.

Apparently Akshara will not be able to reach the party on time and Abhimanyu will be left tensed.

Abhimanyu will be seen trying to behave normal and laugh around but the insecurity in his face is very evident.
