Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Pakhi having panic attacks.
It was earlier seen that Pakhi will see Sai and Virat together and loses her cool.
She will accuse Virat and Sai having an affair behind her back and will talk ill about Saavi as well.
Virat will be seen getting frustrated with Pakhi and her possessiveness as she is not ready to understand anything.
Soon Vinayak and Saavi will inform Virat and Pakhi that their school is taking them for a picnic and parents are also allowed.
Virat will not want Pakhi to come but she will not listen to Virat and accompanies Vinayak in the picnic.
The picnic bus meets with an accident and Sai and Virat go hysterical because of the memories from the previous accident.
Virat saves Sai but Pakhi gets stuck in the bus and the bus falls off the cliff.
