Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Abhimanyu trying to help Akshara out.
It seems that Abhimanyu will feel that Akshara is having a tough time as she is craving for a child.
He will be seen alternative ways to have a child and will come up with an idea to have a child through adoption.
Abhimanyu will plan to adopt a child and give the biggest surprise to Akshara.
