Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Akshara having a complicated pregnancy.
It seems that Akshara will reveal in front of Abhimanyu that she is going to become a mother soon.
This will leave her in cloud nine as she can finally experience the joy of motherhood.
However Abhimanyu will make it very clear that he cannot risk Akshara’s life and will hence terminate the pregnancy.
