In a recent interview Ayesha aka Sai Joshi from Star plus show Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein said, “It is definitely difficult to make a place in the industry for an outsider, but it is not necessary for sure because there are so many legendary examples of people making it on their own. After a point it is your hard work, talent and destiny that take you places. It is great to have help because the struggle becomes easier even if something doesn’t work out for the first time, you always have a second or a third chance to showcase your talent when you have people in the industry. Whereas for an outsider, it is very difficult for the first time itself let alone getting a second or third opportunity. When you have a Godfather you know where to go, what to do, the process of auditioning so the journey becomes easier.”

Ayesha talks about struggle

She further added. “For an outsider you have to explore everything and do everything on your own.

It is a longer process. I have learnt from my side that you should start working early in life.

I always feel that I could have started early in my career. I could have achieved things early in life. I’ve always auditioned for my part and then bagged the opportunity."
