The upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will show that Akshara gets a Krystal in which written as I Love Karthik.

Akshara gets confused seeing some papers related to Karthik in Naira’s room and thinks as both Gayu and Naira love to Karthik.
