Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Virat losing his hope.
It was earlier seen that Virat will be on cloud nine as he has got some important information his lost son Vinu being alive.
We see that Virat will visit Mr. and Mrs. Sheshadri’s place and ask to see Kartik and claim that he is his son Vinu.
Virat tells them he knows that Kartik was adopted.
The couple is puzzled by this visit and soon Virat tells them that he needs to see his son and he is not visiting as a DCP but as a father. However, the couple tells him that they won’t permit this visit.
Virat explains to them how his son was lost and not abandoned at the orphanage and all he wants is to see his son and doesn’t intend to separate them.
