Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Pakhi being emotionally and Physically very weak.
It seems that after the accident Pakhi has become very fragile as she is not able to take any physical and mental stress.
Virat will come to know that Vinayak is his lost son Vinu and plans to inform Sai about it as well.
However he will come to know about Pakhi being in ICU and rushes there.
He will see Pakhi’s critical condition and feels responsible for it.
He knows that if Sai comes to know that Vinayak is her son she will try to take him away and Pakhi will not be able to bear this pain.
