Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Bhavani creating a scene in hospital.
It seems that Sai will reveal in front of Virat that Pakhi’s condition is critical and hence she has to perform an operation and take out her uterus.
Bhavani will over hear this conversation and loses her cool.
Bhavani is not ready to compromise on her dream of having a waaris from Pakhi and hence will stop Virat for agreeing to get the operation done.
However Virat will give priority to his wife’s health rather than his dream of becoming a father and giving waaris to the house.
Later Bhavani will be scolding Sai for ruining her dream and further blames her for little Vinu’s death.
Virat will lose his patience as will soon reveal that little Vinu is still alive.
