Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is revolving around Pakhi losing her motive to live.
It seems that Pakhi will have a huge impact in her life after she will realise that she can no longer become a mother.
However she will be overjoyed as she will come to know that Vinayak is the one whom she gave birth.
Sai will feel sad and will want Vinayak for herself.
