Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around a leap of six years.
It was earlier seen that Abhimanyu and Akshara are living separate lives and try to be happy in it.
In episodes to come it will be revealed that Abhimanyu’s most favourite junior doctor whom he bullies the most is in love with Abhimanyu’s younger sister Nishta.
This alliance will not be accepted by Mahima as she wants her daughter to marry a big and successful surgeon instead of a junior doctor.
