Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Akshara and Abhinav witnessing the biggest failure of their life.
It seems that Abhinav and Akshara will admit Abhir in hospital and will get his required test conducted.
During the test the doctors will inform Abhinav that Abhir has a hole in his hart and needs surgery.
The doctor will make it very clear that the surgery is going to be very critical as Abhir might die as well.
Akshara will see the test results and gets depressed knowing about her son’s condition.
She will not think much and will call up Abhimanyu for help.
Abhimanyu will not waste any time and will agree to help Abhir and goes to Kasol.
Abhinav will be seen having a breakdown as he loves Abhir a lot and cannot imagine life without him.
Akshara on the other hand will try to stay strong in front of her family.
