Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is revolving around Akshara trying to contact Abhimanyu.

It was earlier seen that Abhinav and Akshara will bring Abhir to Udaipur as he needs surgery and Abhimanyu is the best option.

Akshara will be seen going against her own family as she is only thinking about Abhir and no one else.

She will try to call up Abhimanyu but he is busy with Aarohi and Ruhi and hence not able to receive the call.

After lots of try Abhimanyu will finally pick up Akshara’s call and his heart will sink as he will hear Akshara’s voice choking as she is crying.

Abhimanyu will not think twice and leaves everything behind to be with Akshara and wipe her tears.
