Hum Rahein Na Rahein Hum is an adaptation of the popular Turkish series Istambulu Glein, known as Bride of Istanbul and streams on Sony Entertainment Television.

It was earlier seen that Damyanti wants Shiv to marry girl of his choice but Shiv has something else in his mind as he is attracted towards Surili who is modern free spirited independent girl.
