Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is currently revolving around Akshara not able to stay without Abhir.
It was earlier seen that Manish will request Abhinav to take Akshara to Kasauli as she will feel better.
However she will not be able to cope with her situation and will get conscious.
Akshara is having a hard time as she cannot live without her son and this will leave her lifeless.
Abhimanyu will come to know about Akshara’s critical condition and gets worried for her and wants to unite the mother and son once again.
However Manjiri will objection as she is not able to trust Akshara and feels she is faking about her health.
Abhir will overhear that his mother is not feeling well and hence decides to leave Birla House as soon as possible and go back to his parents.
This is going to be the biggest red flag for Abhimanyu and his family.
