The episode opens with Deepika holding her baby, overcome with emotion. Dr. Sikha tells Shivani to place the babies in the nursery. Omkar disapproves of Lavanya’s plan, but Lavanya is firm, aiming to convince Chirag through his daughter. Omkar discusses Chirag's persuasion, and Lavanya says Shivani will help. This plan is intended to reconnect Chirag with his daughter and, ultimately, with Deepika.
Elsewhere, Chirag distributes balloons to children at a temple and confides in Ashu about his longing for a family. Shivani agrees to Lavanya's plan, and Lavanya reminds her of the support for her hospital. Shivani reassures Lavanya of her help. Lavanya then instructs Shivam to take her room to rest while she cares for the baby.
Deepika, curious, asks Shivani if she has twin babies as she hears multiple cries. Shivani gently tells Deepika to rest while she fetches her daughter, leaving Deepika happy and grateful to Thakur Ji. Shivani informs Lavanya that Deepika has accepted having only one child. Lavanya and Omkar visit to bless the babies. Lavanya picks up a baby resembling Deepika to strengthen Chirag's bond with Deepika. Shivani takes the other baby to Deepika, advising her to leave with one child.
Deepika lovingly cradles her baby, noting the resemblance to her father, and vows to shower her with love. Shivani expresses her desire to stay with Deepika, who reluctantly agrees. Deepika shares her amazement at the night's miracles. Shivani convinces Deepika to go with her and later informs Lavanya that Deepika is ready. Lavanya mentions transferring money for expenses, but Shivani, seeing Deepika as a sister, declines monetary assistance.
When the baby in Lavanya's arms begins to cry, Deepika, feeling suspicious, checks but finds no one. Lavanya apologizes for taking the baby without permission, explaining her desire to see her family together.
Payal arrives at the Mittal residence for a temple prayer session called by Lavanya. Chirag, initially busy, is persuaded by Neelima to get ready. Lavanya assures Omkar that the baby is sleeping and will be brought to the temple by the nanny. Lavanya says Chirag will bring the child home from the temple.
Deepika arrives at Shivani's residence with the baby, envisioning a warm welcome and being pleasantly surprised by the decorations. Shivani advises Deepika to rest while preparing milk for the baby. Shivani reports to Lavanya that Deepika is pleased with the surprises. Shivani serves milk to Deepika, and Baldev visits to see Deepika and her daughter.
The episode concludes with a preview of Lavanya placing the baby at the temple. Chirag finds the baby and decides to take her home.
