The current episode starts with Shivaay promising Anika to not get in her past.

Anika is happy that Shivaay is changing himself for her and gets emotional while Shivaay consoles Anika.

Shivaay refuses to organize kulgotra pooja as Anika will get hurt with this and stands against Pinky.

Anika gets Dr Goel's call and finds that Shivaay and Mahi's DNA matches and they are twin brothers.

Anika finds Mahi and Shivaay's brother truth 

Anika is shocked and leaves from there to meet Mahi to confront him, Shivaay gets ready for conference.

Anika reaches Mahi's place where he was upset and is shocked seeing Anika there.

Anika confronts Mahi and tells that Shivaay is his brother, Mahi tries to avoid it but Anika confronts Mahi.
