The episode starts post 6 months leap Arjun bakes cake decorates and packs it and buys flower bunch Vandana calls Arjun to come with her daughter-in-law.

Saanjh acts like witch with mask where after Arjun holds her hand and he celebrates her birthday where after Arjun proposes his hand to come with him forgetting Prem’s memories.

Saanjh denies doing so Arjun gives golden saree to Saanjh and asks her to come in his life welcoming love and happiness and he kisses Saanjh’s forehead.

Arjun goes to mental asylum and walks off to see Maya where Maya with her baby bump recalls Arjun that her love for Arjun is endless while Arjun hugs Maya.

Maya recalls how Arjun and Saanjh saves Maya when she was to suicide Arjun reminds Maya to show her love if he want Arjun and his baby’s life where after Maya steps back for Arjun.

Flashback continues Maya admits herself in mental asylum saying she want to rescue his baby from her obsession.

Flashback ends Arjun and Maya shares emotional moment Arjun tells Maya that he has come to take her home but Maya denies to come as she fears world will see her as psycho.

Maya's baby shower ritual interrupted by policeman

Arjun convinces her and makes her wear saree 'Muskuraane ki wajah tum ho’… plays while Arjun makeovers Maya Maya recalls love and Arjun’s care, wedding moment when Arjun fills Maya's hairline with sindoor.

Arjun and Maya enters home Vandana does Maya’s arti and tells Maya that today is her daughter-in-law’s baby shower ritual and welcomes Maya. 

Maya hugs Jhanvi everyone is enjoying Arjun dances in ritual Vandana performs ritual and praises Maya where Maya too expresses her love towrads Vandana calling her Maa.

Arjun too interrupts performing ritual and teases over baby bump and dances in ritual acting pregnant lady.

Meanwhile police interrupts with handcuff to arrest Maya stacking Maya Arjun in shock..
