The current episode starts with Shivaay warning that government officials that today he had left him but if anyone touches his Dadi he will not leave him.

Government official says that with Oberoi mansions auction their pride will also be auctioned.

Shivaay says that he will also bid for Oberoi mansion and save his Oberoi mansion while government official says that name need to be registered.

Shivaay asks him to see name of ShivOmRu construction, Anika, Omkara and Rudra comes to Shivaay and says that how will he do it as they don't have money.

Shivaay asks Anika, Omkara and Rudra to keep trust over him, Shivaay says that he had signed a deal and it's money will soon be transfered to his account.

Shivaay takes part in auction for Oberoi mansion

Auction starts and things starts to get auctioned, Oberoi families cook top gets auctioned then Rudra's bike and Omkara's painting.

Shivaay, Anika, Rudra, Omkara gets auctioned and all Oberoi family is worried.

Shivaay also is worried as finds aren't transferring, Tej returns home and Omkara, Rudra gets aggressive over him.

Tej doesn't remember anything and Omkara, Rudra bursts at him while Shivaay is confused and worried to save Oberoi mansion.
